8:45am three guards escorted Johnson out the back door of San Carlos medical building. Tim Johnson has been allegedly indicated in many inmate grievances, and reportedly the defendant in medical malpractice lawsuits. Johnson has been a health provider at Peeville for about 14 years, serving various for-profit insurance companies like Corizon, Wexford, and recently Naphcare. More news as it comes in!
