Attorney Sklar Colavito bar#033541, filed in court on Oct.12th a lawsuit against DOC for not allowing bathroom breaks and medical supplies to inmates. As we reported in another story, Robin Fahr is the brave inmate going up against the DOC and Provider Johnson for substandard and dangerous health care. She is also instrumental in calling to attention this evil practice of disregarding medical chronos.
